This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!

Its great for its price - thats the key thing here :) Simple, nice features and it works. Haven't got into it deeply but it does seem to have nice features like assignment of messages to others in the business.

Never had any issues with this app at all. Does exactly what it is supposed to, and is easy to use. I haven't had any complaints from customers trying to chat either.

I really do not understand why so many negative reviews of this excellent chat support app from Shopify. This really an excellent free add-on for any store owners to increase the sales.
