I find "Shopify Inbox" an easy app to use. It's a great way for (potential) customers to get in touch and ask questions about your products or services.

Funktioniert gut, man kann die Anfragen sofort bearbeiten, ohne am PC zu sein. Sehr praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Notifications are timely and easy to address on my phone or the computer. The auto-answers option is awesome.

The inbox really helps communications with customers. I'd like to have the app send an email to my inbox once I get a message.

Great app giving details of cart value if any etc. Perfect when customers need a little extra live help to get them across the line.

I hope the tool continues to be of use to your business as it grows moving forward. In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. Fantastic free application. I was able to cancel my paid chat subscription and found this works as well or better for free.
