Easy to install and use. We have a large inventory selection, it makes it really easy for quick questions. Great addition to our website!

Works well enough, I get a few customers preferring to chat with me rather than use a contact form so it serves its purpose. Use this with the app on Android and again all works as expected.

I used this app to manage FAQ's from my customers and its been a huge help! It helps reduce the amount of normal questions and filters me to focus on the ones that need attention.
Love Shopify Inbox... it's a great way to stay connected to my customers by being able t quickly reply to messages, suggest products and issue special discunts.
This app is really helpful and convenient! I can be out and about and receive messages and can answer right then and there.

Really works just like it should. Easy to respond, customizable, and obviously perfectly integrated into Shopify.
This is WAY better than I thought it would be; it's on par with a full-feature chat app for what it does--the chat is great, and the limited feature set is also very helpful. Unlike paid chat apps, though, this does not tie in with a knowledge base or create tickets. But I don't use those much, so this is working great for me. One thing--I don't have any shipping, so I wish I could rephrase the option to 'track my order'.

I see what I like, it provides me what I need. It does a good job at integrating messages from different platforms in once place.
The immediacy for the customer is helpful, even if they receive an email reply later. It's also useful to be able to provide instant answer for the most common couple of questions. It has definitely helped us engage, keep and convert customers and inquiries into sales.
I like how this app can incorporate with my instagram complicated message service. Now I don't miss any messages. Super!!
Integrates perfectly and great use for multi channel integrations. One of the best i've used in the market . Doesn't conflict with other plugins.

Is there a way to link the chat so that it goes directly to your text messages in your phone. I know it pops up on my phone but the tone is difficult to hear.

At this time, there is no way to directly link your number to Inbox to receive messages via SMS, but that's a really fantastic idea!
