Super ! L'application est vraiment très pratique et simple d'utilisation. Je recommande vraiment. Peut-être qu'un bot plus poussé la rendrait parfaite.

J'apprécie beaucoup cette Application, elle m'a permis à maintes reprises de répondre rapidement au client(e), de le rassurer et de générer des ventes en toute simplicité, elle est indispensable pour rassurer le client qui a une question au cours du processus d'achat. Je recommande.

I really like being able to chat live with my customers! It's a handy feature that I use quite often. However I continue to get a lot of spam. I wish that could be controlled.

I use this app to keep up with customer requests for account and delivery information. I like that I can schedule away and online status. I also like the interaction with Shopify for customer information. I have a small business, a "one man show", so having an easy way to talk to customers without having to pick up the phone a huge plus.

Very happy with the app but I hope there will be more customizations available in the future. Some texts cannot be edited at the moment which is a bit of an issue if your store communicates in a certain tone of voice.
