This app helps me communicate with customers when they have questions. It integrate with my site kispaper.ca and kispaper.com smoothly. Love it !

Works well and receive questions from customers fast. Love the automatic Q&As. Other then that, wish scammers wouldn't message us, but I guess that can't be helped.

Shopify inbox is great because it sends us an email alert when someone has emailed our business and because we check the business email daily, we never miss the customer email sent via Shopify inbox.

What a great app. With the three social media outlets we are using. It can get challenging to keep up with responding to each customer. But not anymore! We connected all our outlets to this app, and each of my team members can now respond to customers' questions. LOVE IT

Really nice integration! It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features

I have lots of customer enquires on this after hours and find I would be loosing these sales of the option to chat wasn't there..

Works a lot better than it used to! Updates are awesome. Customers love that they don't have to stay online and can just be emailed a response.

Just installed but seems to working just fine. BRAVO Shopify! I removed a third party chat app as I like to keep Shopify integrated app whenever possible.
