Simple, lightweight, clean.
Thank you for writing your review and I am glad to hear that you've been able to increase your interactions with customers as a result of using Shopify Inbox. I hope the tool continues to be of use to your business as it grows moving forward. In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. I am using this app since long time and it is very user friendly and easy to chat with customers. The best part is easy to assign the chat to different staffs, cool colors and design. Very recommended.

It does what it says just fine. I'm quite happy with it :-) I was deciding if it was better to use Whatsapp or this app, but I don't think whatsapp is as integrated as this. I'm still looking into it, but for now, this will do.
