Ich habe die App Shopify Inbox auf eine Empfehlung von Shopify Support bei uns integriert. Eine relativ einfache Einrichtung, mit super Funktionen, die unsere Kunden in allerlei Fragen auf schnellste unterstützen. Klare Empfehlung!
Fit, exactly what I wanted. Can help me solve the communication channel with customers. It is recommended to use it to achieve point-to-point communication.
Funktioniert gut, man kann die Anfragen sofort bearbeiten, ohne am PC zu sein. Sehr praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.
Notifications are timely and easy to address on my phone or the computer. The auto-answers option is awesome.
The inbox really helps communications with customers. I'd like to have the app send an email to my inbox once I get a message.

In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. Easy to use! Adding it to a second website! Not sure if I like having FB and IG integrated with it, but all messages are in one place.

Fantastic free application. I was able to cancel my paid chat subscription and found this works as well or better for free.
