This has been operational for a couple of months with us now, it does everything we expected and hoped it would do. It seamlessly integrates with our web site in an obvious yet subtle way. It has helped us engage with customers very simply and effectively. I guess my only gripe would be, why is it not included as a standard feature of the Shopify platform? As such I wish we had been aware of it much earlier.

Bonjour ,je suis très satisfait de cette application ,mais depuis quelques jours (depuis mise a jours de la page paiement de shopify) Inbox a disparue de mon site ,bien qu elle soit correctement activée et paramétrée ! Pouvez vous m'aider ,merci

This is the best app for chat. It integrates seamlessly with your store. There is no reason to use anything else.

It's a great app, however it needs one feature. The ability to download a conversation in the rare case you get a chargeback possibly as a PDF

Great basic chat support system, native to shopify. Would like to see a few things before moving to Shopify Inbox full time. 1. Initiate ticket via email. If your customers email you for support, you can't use Shopify Inbox. All tickets must be initiated in chat first. 2. Shopify Inbox recently lost the ability to connect to social media messengers like Instagram and Facebook, as well as Apple's iMessage. This was a big step back; hopefully it returns. 3. Shopify Magic surfaced answers. Right now, Magic is only used for the merchant to pre-fill quick answers that the customer needs to click. The AI should be able to pull answers from around the website, such as product pages, blog articles, policies, etc.

So far, so good. Overall, it has a basic function but works pretty well. Quick Answer is a great feature. Give me an LLM or Langchain pipeline and I'll give it 10 stars. :)

I love that it provides the customer order and cart info on the screen. I took one star off because it doesn't seem to integrate with other CRM apps where we store and access more in depth customer data and communications (hubspot, pipedrive, etc.)
