ECサイト構築に易しいと思います。アプリも豊富でいいですね。これからいろいろ使ってみると、また評価が変わってくるかもしれません。インスタとの連動もうまくいきましたが、インスタ側の対応はいまいちなので、設定にだいぶ労力を使いました。

Very easy to setup, some very good features like direct links to product pages... and being able to provide discount codes online. We have only been using the app for a few days, but can definitely see the potential.

We are not using the app to the full extent but will be setting it up shortly to take a full advantage the software. We can eliminate the other companies we are currently using - THANK YOU for making this part of our website monthly fee Is there a way for us to see or be notified when a customer is on our website as we see with the Tidio app?

In terms of being notified when a customer is visiting the site, this is not a current feature but I will be sure to pass your suggestion onto our development. We have been looking and testing chat inboxes for such a long time. Thank goodness we found and tried this one. Absolutely everything you need. You will however need to be patient and allow some time to set this up. For those who are not computer savy, I understand the frustration but it is worth taking the time to Youtube and Google answers if needed. Or reach out to support. We integrated this chat with our Instagram and Facebook messaging platforms (which Shopify guides you through). You will also need to add the mobile app so your messages come through 24/7 if you wish them too. Love the instant replies and the features. Thank you Shopify team.
