I really like this app for customer relations. I use it for customer chats through our website and Facebook.

So far so good! The customers seem to be enjoying being able to contact us directly from the site. It's also great that there are built in automations that the customer can use when we're not online.

I like this app! It gives me an opportunity to connect with my customers when they are actively browsing my website. I haven't come across any issues using the app. I like that I can use it on my desktop as well as on my mobile.

So far, I am really loving this application. It is so nice to see my messages in one place! I also find it convenient that I can see when I have messages whenever I log into Shopify.

Hey its an awesome super simple APP ... slightly limited be awesome to have the ability to add another 2-3 auto questions but otherwise zero complaints savvytouch.com

Easy to use and install. Customers seem to really like the convenience of sending a quick message and I like the ease in which I can answer them. I highly recommend it.

Very easy to setup, some very good features like direct links to product pages... and being able to provide discount codes online. We have only been using the app for a few days, but can definitely see the potential.

We are not using the app to the full extent but will be setting it up shortly to take a full advantage the software. We can eliminate the other companies we are currently using - THANK YOU for making this part of our website monthly fee Is there a way for us to see or be notified when a customer is on our website as we see with the Tidio app?

In terms of being notified when a customer is visiting the site, this is not a current feature but I will be sure to pass your suggestion onto our development. Ability to answer queries from various platform is super interesting. Keep up the work to include more platforms like Twitter, Tiktok. Also we need more automated message.
