I like it to be able to chat with customer quickly. I wish i can see the link of the items they are viewing at the time of chat but otherwise all good. Thanks.

I really like this app because it lets me respond immediately to my customers, and to keep track of our conversations. It has led to many custom sales and customers are assured of my attention to their questions or concerns right away. Great app!

please allow us to filter products based on tags and collection or any way, so we could send multiple products in chat to customers. That will be best. And also make it able about the customer queries if it match with any pre set questions with only one or two words. Rest all are best.

Works well but the instant answers need to allow you to link pages and products.

The inbox is a really easy to use on our Shopify store. I would give 5 stars but there is no email address to use to connect the inbox to the "contact us" and the doesn't seem to be a feature to integrate Meta messengers directly to Inbox even though I've seen this in online videos for Shopify Inbox.

You're missing out on converting POTENTAL customers into PAYING CUSTOMERS. Admin dashboard UI is great and easy to use.
