Shopify me Inbox allows me to respond in a timely manner to request and questions, when I am away from my shop. Like any other app, there are hiccups, but my Customer Respond Rate has gone up and that helps with sales. Good app, Sam

Very good but I would like to turn off the app emailing every message to us and just use the app.

great app, but it would be good to have some sort of notification there is an email waiting (like a sound or something)

The app is okay. It would be nice to be able to forward messages to other staff members who are not listed on the shopify list. We have staff who simply answer products questions and have no need for access to shopify.

we migrated from a paid livechat to save funds. so far it works for what we need, primarily a B2B busienss. The addition of the unified inbox assists greatly so that one person can manage the inboxes for all stores. It would be great if there was an automatic assignemnt feature so that only one perosn got notifications rather than all the users. the assigned user could then assign it to another if necessary.

Gute App, leider kann man keine Dateien verschicken (bspw. eine PDF-Rechnung o.ä.).

This is an excellent app for customer follow-up enquiries, but we get duplicate e-mails into our inbox and these tend to pile up. A suggestion would be for the app developer to add a WhatsApp or similar notice to alert us 24/7 that there is an e-mail (perhaps even including the active link) awaiting our attention. This would lead to far quicker response times across international time lines.

I really like this as an addon to my Shopify store. I wish I was able to edit and delete sent messages, however. Keep it up, Argiris

funktioniert einwandfrei und ermöglicht eine direkte Kommunikation mir den Besucher:innen unserer website. :)

It works really well, but it was a little tricky to work out why multiple staff were getting notifications. I worked out it's actually set via Staff Permissions in Shopify, so all good now.
