The app is very useful. I get my clients to chat very easily and closed the deals. Just one thing that I miss is if it could be on the checkout page or if we had the option to place the "Chat with us!" button anywhere.

So far so good. I wish it shows the SKU of the item the customers browsing instead of: XXX messaged you from xxx page.

Love this app, can't wait to see if they add in more integrations like, "SMS conversations" from Klaviyo and Recharge!!

I find that many more customers are reaching out for help. In the past I only had a "contact us" page and customers used it sparingly. Now we get engaged customers every day.

It has potential but still needs improvement. I rarely get the notifications and miss chats often. While I'm covered with the email responses I would like to be more responsive to my customers. ** Update! Getting much better!! **** Next update*** Notifications are working great now! Give an option to report SPAM---I'm getting 40% of my messages from developers and apps trying to sell to me!---I want to be able to block them. This is only for consumers, there should be a penalty to whoever gets blocked (e.g. companies trying to solicit business), I hope you add this block/spam feature.
