Good tool to chat to customers. I wish there was better spam blocking and filtering of people offering marketing services—super irritating. Otherwise, great.

it has many glitches, I m not sure, it will beep then nothing comes up then after a while you will see a messge.

Easy enough to use but when having a conversation with a customer my messages apparently go to them through email, according to a customer. This isn't good because it makes communication difficult for my customers who are having small chat.
