Very usful. Much more accessible to our customers who can not find our email address, and also the chat will target the specific item they might have a question about. I have found that the auto generated suggested messages are not always accuarte, saying we have something in stock when, in fact, we are out of stock. Overall it is a postivie experience.

This app has great potential. Based on where it's development is at the moment, I gave it 4 stars since it's still fairly basic. For what it does, it does it really well, otherwise it would have been an easy 5-star rating. The fact that it's free, and works right out of the box is tremendously helpful for starting-off business who can't afford 3rd party solutions that cost an arm-and-a-leg. Eventually as INBOX continues to grow and develop, it's usefulness will continue to grow as well.

The inbox is a really easy to use on our Shopify store. I would give 5 stars but there is no email address to use to connect the inbox to the "contact us" and the doesn't seem to be a feature to integrate Meta messengers directly to Inbox even though I've seen this in online videos for Shopify Inbox.
