Sehr gute App. Man kann einfach und schnell mit den Kunden kommunizieren. Die Einrichtung war kinderleicht. Den Support habe ich einmal angeschrieben und mir wurde umgehend geantwortet. Den 5 Stern bekommt ihr, wenn man den Chat zu bestimmten Zeiten abstellen könnte.

Nice app, integrates well with Shopify ( as one would expect ), quick install, free !, and easy to configure. It would be nice if there were more cusomisation options though - like assigning icon/ avatar to operator.

Good App that links well to order enquiry status. With a bit more control over the position and size of the widget I would have given 5 stars

Shopify Inbox is efficient and user-friendly, streamlining customer communication superbly. It lacks some advanced features but overall enhances business interaction. Recommended for small to medium-sized stores. Adheres to terms, no incentives involved.

The inbox for windows has been great. For some reason I cant access it with my phone, my only complaint about the app.

The notifications don't always work, but this has been a great way to improve our customer service, and the speed in which we get our customers what they need. Everything works pretty seamlessly in the chat (giving discounts, links to product pages, even being able to see a brief overview of the customers profile) and this allows our team to work quickly, and efficiently.

Very usful. Much more accessible to our customers who can not find our email address, and also the chat will target the specific item they might have a question about. I have found that the auto generated suggested messages are not always accuarte, saying we have something in stock when, in fact, we are out of stock. Overall it is a postivie experience.

This app has great potential. Based on where it's development is at the moment, I gave it 4 stars since it's still fairly basic. For what it does, it does it really well, otherwise it would have been an easy 5-star rating. The fact that it's free, and works right out of the box is tremendously helpful for starting-off business who can't afford 3rd party solutions that cost an arm-and-a-leg. Eventually as INBOX continues to grow and develop, it's usefulness will continue to grow as well.
