i don't like that you have to try and figure out how to edit the theme codes and to get the things added on your page. it should be a little bit more user friendly everybody is not computer savy especially with codes.

Pros: great integration with shopify. Customer info at finger tips. Cons: It needs more features: Provide email support, so that we can use the same tool for chat and email support. Provide levels of instant responses, so that we can have more of them available in a categorized way, allow customers to easily upload attachments. Better options styling and layout options to help avoid overlapping with cart page buttons.

I like shopify inbox, it's worked really well for my customer. However despite following all the steps I still can't make notifications work on Chrome. I have to rely on seeing these on my phone/email. Also would be nice to be able to choose exact position on the page, I think it interferes with my cookies pop up sometimes.

Hey, there! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get your desktop notifications working. In Chrome, desktop notifications for new Inbox messages should appear when your browser is open and you're logged in to your Shopify account. That said, in order to receive desktop notifications on the computer, you also need to click "Allow" when prompted by your browser in order to allow desktop notifications from Shopify Inbox. The browser prompt appears the first time you log into Shopify Inbox. If you missed or dismissed the pop-up prompt the first time, then you can access your Shopify Inbox desktop notification settings at any time by clicking your name on Shopify Inbox > Notifications. If you're still not receiving notifications after checking this, feel free to reach out to our Support team any time and we can continue troubleshooting with you: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA. Regarding being able to move the Shopify Inbox chat box, I can definitely understand why this would be useful. I'll be sure to share that as a feature request with our developers for you. Globalement l'application est assez pratique. Le seul bémol c'est l'affichage de la liste de produit. Le nom des produits est tronqué, ce qui rend difficile la sélection de produit ayant un nom proche.

Really good, better than Freshchat which we now cancelled. A couple of features that would give this a good 5 stars is emoji's, more instant replies (FAQ) and file uploads (for example PDF). Other than that, we're loving it.

Enter を押すと送信されるのは良くない。文字変換が頻繁にある日本語において、文章作成中のEnter は頻繁に使用するため、誤送信が頻発する。特に消費者側から文章断片が連続で送られてくるのは双方にとって良くない。

We use this app as a convenience for our customers. Lots of times we get inquiries off hours when customers are reluctant to call. It works well. I like that it will switch to e-mail if the customer leaves the store before we can provide a personalized response. I wish there was a better notification sound when someone asks a question.

Per ora funziona bene ed è comoda perché tutti i messaggi dei clienti finiscono dentro un unico posto. All'inizio avevo riscontrato un problema con la visualizzazione della chat da desktop che una volta aperta usciva dallo schermo.. poi però è stato risolto.

It's our second day working with this app and so far it's working good. The only problem is that whenever we send a reply, it gives us the error: Inbox failed to deliver this message. Try again but after a minute the error disappears and looks like the message is delivered. If this issue can be resolved, it will be a very good and efficient app.

This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.

Nice app. It's integrated with my live chat, Instagram inbox, and facebook messenger so i get messages from all channels in one place. The only issue is having to log in every time.
