We use this app as a convenience for our customers. Lots of times we get inquiries off hours when customers are reluctant to call. It works well. I like that it will switch to e-mail if the customer leaves the store before we can provide a personalized response. I wish there was a better notification sound when someone asks a question.

Fungerer super godt, jeg kunne ønske mig ekstra funktioner som at man kunne lave en boks hvor de klikkede af om vi måtte sende dem mails under kontakt og større mulighed for at lave automatiske svar på samtaler.

Per ora funziona bene ed è comoda perché tutti i messaggi dei clienti finiscono dentro un unico posto. All'inizio avevo riscontrato un problema con la visualizzazione della chat da desktop che una volta aperta usciva dallo schermo.. poi però è stato risolto.

Easy to use and fast too. Love how it integrates well with Instagram. Interacting with customers in real time. I just hope the mobile app worked as well as the web app.

It's our second day working with this app and so far it's working good. The only problem is that whenever we send a reply, it gives us the error: Inbox failed to deliver this message. Try again but after a minute the error disappears and looks like the message is delivered. If this issue can be resolved, it will be a very good and efficient app.

This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.

Nice app. It's integrated with my live chat, Instagram inbox, and facebook messenger so i get messages from all channels in one place. The only issue is having to log in every time.

So glad to hear you're enjoying the app! If you receive a message from your customers when you are logged out of Shopify, you should be receiving an email notification by default. This would be sent to all staff members with Inbox permissions, so I'd recommend double checking those settings if you aren't receiving the emails. This app is easy and it works. As suggestions for improvement: a) it would be helpful to be able to create folders for organizing chats b) it would be helpful to have a filter that would let me see chats assigned to others.

Una app super útil, sencilla de usar y con la interfaz bastante amigable. La verdad que es muy práctica. Lo que le falta para 5 estrellas es integrar más canales de contacto para poder centralizar las consultas (whatsapp, google, facebook, instagram...).

Works great! Finally! A very useful feature from Shopify that makes life so much easier. Still needs a create order function while directly messaging customers, and to be able to send a checkout link in the chat to a customer without really leaving the window would be very good. I look forward to more of these updates from Shopify! Thanks!

Application facile à utiliser. Le plus est l'intégration de la messagerie Instagram. Dommage toutefois qu'elle ne soit pas intégrée en natif sur Shopify et permette d'envoyer des message depuis les commandes (le GROS points noirs de Shopify)
