Very useful but easy to miss messages

App ist praktisch und hilfreich. Es nervt nur das das Fenster immer automatisch offen ist.

I love Shopify but I just struggle navigating it sometimes and I do panic when stuff isn't running correctly

Ottima, potrebbe essere sicuramente migliorata, ma offre una buona integrazione e permette di gestire una chat in modo rapido ed efficace.

Its' okay. Decent formatting and ease of use.

Great feature. The only thing that I'd suggest is the ability for merchants to contact customers regarding their order, using inbox.

More features would be nice. Ability to flag or label for followup for example.
