Die App ist eine große Erleichterung in der Kommunikation mit den Kunden! Ein paar Punkte könnte man noch verbessern: Integration mit Instagram Nachrichten funktioniert in der Inbox leider nicht (nur auf Facebook). Es wäre außerdem super wenn man Notizen an einen Chat anhängen könnte und die Sofortantworten könnten ein paar mehr Zeichen vertragen. Man ist hier schon sehr eingeschränkt mit der geringen Zeichenanzahl. Wir nutzen die Sofortantworten nämlich als FAQ. Ansonsten super :)

一時期日本語変換する度にメッセージが送信されてしまうエラーがあり、使いにくかったのが、改善されて使いやすくなりました。自動返信メッセージがもっと増えて日本語対応も更に柔軟に対応いただけると嬉しいです。

Add new features. the interface is more friendly now. It can do basic communication. hope to see more helpful and interesting features in the future. UPDATED if the app can add a search chat feature, that would be more helpful. UPDATED please improve to seeing videos from FB messenger attachment. UPDATED: The customer cannot share images and videos until now. Hope this feature comes up soon. Thank you

Kind of a great app. It just lacks customization to make it more branded, and also the customization to hide it on some website pages. Would be great for messages coming from IG if we could see their profile picture and a quick link to access they profile, so we don't confuse different users.

Je l'ai installé hier et déjà beaucoup de contact avec ma (future) clientèle. Très contente de l'impacte. Je dois encore régler quelques petites choses, installer l'application sur mon téléphone et j'espère que tout ira bien. Quelques lenteurs hier soir, mais peut-être une exception. Merci !

Handy, nicer to have a native alternative to Intercom. The sync between Facebook seems to be intermittent as not all messages show up and if someone replies to a customer message within Facebook, it doesn't show up in Inbox.

After installing this app. I have started receiving many messages, which are nuisance sometimes. However interaction with potential customers actually give more relief to them which, I believe, lead to worry free shopping. So overall this app. helps my business.

Overall, I love being able to take chat messages. However, I wish we could choose who receives notifications (certain people in our shop are designated to run the chat, but everyone receives the emails).

I did some digging into your email situation here and you should be able to pick and choose who gets notifications from Inbox. You can invite staff members to Inbox from your Inbox at this page here: https://bit.ly/3milTev. If you have staff members who are not on this list that are receiving emails, double check their permissions in the 'Users and Permissions' section of your Shopify Admin. If they don't have app permissions for Inbox there, and are still receiving emails, then you will want them to click 'unsubscribe' on the bottom of the most recent Inbox email they've received. This will prevent them from receiving any future emails. It's great that you receive an email and you can directly chat with customers in the chat box and as the business owner, this is great for our customers. THe issue that I have an Operations / Cust Care team who run Freshdesk and I would like to copy these enquiries into their system. At the moment we are cut and pasting the Shopify Inbox calls into Freshdesk. Can this be improved? Apart from that I'm very happy with the front end and I'm just setting up my typical Q & A automation.

Ich finde das Tool bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gut! Allerdings antworten viele nach erfolgter Anfrage und Beantwortung nicht mehr. Woran das liegt ist mir bisher schleierhaft. Auch werden Gästeanfragen nur mit Kürzeln, die keine Rückschlüsse auf Personen zulassen angezeigt.
