the Shopify inbox works great for one of my stores. I think that I added another app to my other store which definately interupted the Shopify inbox app, and the app that I added also doesn't work, they must clash and cancel each other out. I think I know what I must do, because this is the best experience that I have had as of yet.

We mostly use the offline email feature, and it works great! Easy to manage messages and stay connected with customers. Highly recommend!

great communication tool, organized, tailored for teams, and mobile. I like that messages are tagged with approximate geolocation for better assessment.

Shopify Inbox is an excellent app! It makes communication with our customers so much easier, allowing questions to be answered quickly without the need for tickets or any external communication channels outside the store. We at TaskRevolution highly recommend this app. Real-time support is a game-changer and greatly improves the customer experience, keeping everything simple and fast. The only thing we’d love to see in the future is a light/dark theme option, as the app currently only supports the light theme. Overall, an amazing tool we’re happy to keep using!
