pienso que es una buena herramienta, deberian de implementar la opcion de borrar mensajes pero en general es muy buena
Ottima, potrebbe essere sicuramente migliorata, ma offre una buona integrazione e permette di gestire una chat in modo rapido ed efficace.
Excelente opción para tener contacto con los clientes y saber sus necesidades

Auto generated answers are not accurate, and there really isn't any way to fix that. Better than nothing, but it's worth paying for a real inbox app.
Thanks for the honest feedback. There are actually a few ways to take control of accuracy here. You can edit any suggested reply before sending, or turn auto-generated replies off entirely under Inbox > Settings > Message preferences. For answers you fully control, set up your own Instant Answers and Quick Replies, and keeping your product and policy details current also improves suggestion quality.
