Pro: I love the functionality of it it's easy to use interface on my desktop and phone. I like that I can attach multiple items, which is great for me since I send proofs for approval for every order. Cons/Needed improvements! 1. The saved quick reply options character limit is too low. 2. I hate that conversations expire, they really need to stay active for at least a couple months! 3. I wish it would automatically merge all messages from the same customer/email address... I can have 7 different chats from one and it's really hard to track. 4. I wish I could initiate a conversation with someone who submitted an order, rather than need them to reach out first. 5. It would be really nice it it would allow Excel files to be attached. 6. I hate all the spam emails I get that seems to be connected to the app.

Very handy but could do with being able to create instant throw away single use discount codes in the chat window. Also, being able to create and manage a customers cart, including discounts etc would be very useful.

Inbox works well. The only down side is that it will be used to contact you about "helping your business". It cn be a bit of a back door for people trying to sell you stuff. For client relations and contact it works great but be prepared to get spammed.
