Great app and add to the store. Customer support feels easier now in one channel.

Very handy but could do with being able to create instant throw away single use discount codes in the chat window. Also, being able to create and manage a customers cart, including discounts etc would be very useful.

Inbox works well. The only down side is that it will be used to contact you about "helping your business". It cn be a bit of a back door for people trying to sell you stuff. For client relations and contact it works great but be prepared to get spammed.

Yeah its good, can send images aswell. Customers do use it which definitely helps
