Ich kann direkt auf Fragen reagieren, Produkte empfehlen und sogar Bestellungen unterstützen – alles an einem Ort. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Integration mit dem Onlineshop und die Möglichkeit, automatisierte Antworten einzurichten. Die App läuft stabil und ist intuitiv zu bedienen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die ihren Kundenservice auf das nächste Level bringen wollen!
