Ho recentemente iniziato a usare Shopify Inbox per gestire le comunicazioni con i miei clienti e sono molto soddisfatto. L'app è molto intuitiva e facile da configurare, permettendomi di rispondere rapidamente alle domande dei clienti direttamente dal mio smartphone o computer. La possibilità di integrare anche le chat di Facebook Messenger e SMS è davvero comoda e centralizza tutte le comunicazioni in un unico posto. La funzione di risposte rapide e i messaggi predefiniti mi aiutano a risparmiare tempo nelle conversazioni più frequenti.
