Ho recentemente iniziato a usare Shopify Inbox per gestire le comunicazioni con i miei clienti e sono molto soddisfatto. L'app è molto intuitiva e facile da configurare, permettendomi di rispondere rapidamente alle domande dei clienti direttamente dal mio smartphone o computer. La possibilità di integrare anche le chat di Facebook Messenger e SMS è davvero comoda e centralizza tutte le comunicazioni in un unico posto. La funzione di risposte rapide e i messaggi predefiniti mi aiutano a risparmiare tempo nelle conversazioni più frequenti. I love the generated AI text, it makes life so much easier, specially when receiving "offers" for website checkup for potential issues. That AI knows how to reply back in a flick denying those offers. I absolutely love it!!!
