really like this so far! I can see what customers have in their carts and every step of our interactions to keep my records straight.

I love the generated AI text, it makes life so much easier, specially when receiving "offers" for website checkup for potential issues. That AI knows how to reply back in a flick denying those offers. I absolutely love it!!!

The app works really well, I can answer via desktop or mobile to help customers with any questions, it has helped to secure purchases that may otherwise have been lost.
