The AI generated responses are actually useful and fairly accurate. It is even accurate when it responds to clients in my native language.

Terrible. Need to be able to remove Pre-chat form. I cannot/will not use this app until that option is removed.

Excelente, me gusta. Muy fácil de utilizar y la gente entiende muy rápido como funciona. Me gusta, lo único que trabajaría a futuro sería implementera IA.
