We've been using the Shopify Inbox app for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! The app makes it so easy to engage with our customers in real-time, which they truly appreciate—it’s a seamless way to get them instant help without any barriers. We also love the feature that lets us send a message to customers when we're back in the office, keeping the communication flow smooth. AWESOME! It has made my life so much easier and definitely makes it easier for me to answer chat questions for sure.

it save our lives, .. customer message us with questions about our web site and found problem and fixed it right away, other wise we would have lose $$$$ of sales.
