We've been using the Shopify Inbox app for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! The app makes it so easy to engage with our customers in real-time, which they truly appreciate—it’s a seamless way to get them instant help without any barriers. it save our lives, .. customer message us with questions about our web site and found problem and fixed it right away, other wise we would have lose $$$$ of sales.
