I would love to have it start automating reponses using AI. By linking with chatgbt it would be so so helpful. When will we see this?
The app is not too bad. But it would be great if the customer could enter their mobile number as well so we gould text back as a backup. Is this possible?
There should be a way to schedule hours for the chat, including the notification hours.
Really helpful for live chatting with customers in need of help. I've used this app for several years and always get chats that turn into sales. I think making contact super easy for customers really helps them trust our site.
It's great that you can search your messages now, that wasn't always the case and presented a major issue. One thing that is a bit confusing is that notifications sometimes go to my personal email and sometimes show up in the Shopify mail, it makes it difficult to find messages at times since searches don't bring up the email. It would also be great to have the possibility to have a link to all correspondence in the order itself, this would make it a lot quicker to access and avoid confusion.
Klappt super. Die Nachrichten kommen in Echtzeit. Und mit der automatischen Antwort und der Weiterleitung nach 15Minuten sind auch zeitversetzte Länder nicht der Gefahr ausgesetzt verloren zu gehen.
