The reason I like it is that visitors seem to be more inclined to use chat than call on the phone, so we are able to engage them more readily.

Good but for some reason, I'm unable to reply on my phone. I'm able to type but not hit enter to reply to the customer.

Facile ed intuitivo da utilizzare. Molto utile il fatto che fa vedere il prodotto dal quale è stata mandata la richiesta, il che facilità il processo.
