Would be great if we could start email conversations here from an order page. This would help centralize all communications in one place instead of going to our email client and sometimes having clients sending messages to chat and email. Other than that it's extremely simple and works well!

It's really easy and fast to check all the customer info in the profile bar next to the live chat so you don't have to let the chat to manage the orders

Great way to communicate with customers. I have it set to email, so I never miss a message.

It is a fantastic app that has enabled me to answer questions quickly for our customers. The interface is much like texting, and I do truly view it as an asset. Room for improvement: - It would be awesome if an audio reply option was added. - It would be nice if an auto reply feature was enabled, so I could say "Thanks for contacting us! If you don't get a reply right away, we will contact you via email shortly." or something along those lines. We are a small business, and don't have the ability to staff someone to reply immediately around the clock. - The auto AI response feature is frustrating. Every time I go to respond to a message, it never types the first word correctly because it is trying to come up with an AI response instead. If this feature could be a button to press to generate a response for those who want to use it, instead of it being the default, that would be so much better.
Thank you for your review, your suggestions will be shared with the product team. I just wanted to let you know that we do have an auto reply feature that may be what you're looking for. You can set it at admin.shopify.com. Select Inbox from the Sales channel list on the left sidebar > Available hours on the left sidebar below Inbox. From there you can set an Automated first reply and have it differ for when you are available vs not. The AI response feature can also be turned on/off in Inbox settings at inbox.shopify.com under Settings > Message preferences > Automatically generate a reply On/Off. Hope that helped! Would recommend because it's user-friendly and informative, allows to cancel labels, good customer services.

The app is easily accessible to several of our staff members so we can answer customers very quickly!
