For an app that's free, it's extremely good. there are ofcoure a lot of things that can be improved, but overall great experience

really helpful for answering customer questions, and live chatting with customers as needed, as well as follow up emails

Only been using the app for a few days, but seems to be simple to use, well thought through and effective.

At least this app works for what it's supposed to. My experience with add on apps to Shopify has been pretty dismal. This app works and puts important messages right in your store where they need to be.
