muy buena solo que a veces se cierra la sesion y no me doy cuenta y no veo los mensajes, pero funciona muy bien, es buena alternativa para comunicarte con el cliente

Great app. Very easy to setup and since it is shopify's own app all relevant order and customer data is fetched along with the product feed. Highly recommended.

jag gillar att jag kan skriva färdiga svar till ofta ställda frågor. jag kan också chatta direkt eller indirekt med kunder. Smart och simpel lösning.

A great way to touch base with customers who have a question before checkout, while they are still in the process. Sometimes the questions are things that they could have just figured out on their own by looking first (ie is it in stock? where are you located? do you have xxx?), but if they need their hand held, this is a good app.

Súper práctica porque es en tiempo real, no se salen los clientes de la página donde están por lo cual permite que se pueda concretar una compra más fácil o si desea puede añadir al carrito y seguir preguntando mientras navega en otros productos. Gracias es muy útil para no perder clientes.

Have looked at other chat apps and they all wanted a monthly fee for something that is super basic. This is all we needed and it works great for our seasonal business.
