We've been using the Shopify Inbox app for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! The app makes it so easy to engage with our customers in real-time, which they truly appreciate—it’s a seamless way to get them instant help without any barriers. We also love the feature that lets us send a message to customers when we're back in the office, keeping the communication flow smooth. I'm having a problem with the emails from Shopify inbox going to my customer junk folder. I have contacted support but they say it's my authentication and/or email settings. But this is the only place where I have an issue. My email is authenticated and shows up appropriately everywhere else.
