Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.

I'm very pleased with the Shopify Inbox Chat, I've tried others and not liked how they work. The integration with the website & customer info is seamless. I've seen it improve customer communication and help complete sales.

Excelente plataforma para conectar con leads o personas interesadas en comprar. Rapido y con notificaciones. Las repuestas se valoran demasiado, mas aun que puedes adjuntar productos de forma muy facil. Me encanta
