I makes customer communication really easy and everything - the inbox and chat are in one place! Out of hours I can see notifications on my phone and respond if urgent. I have recently used the search chat feature which helped me to identify and contact customers who had been waiting for my new stocks of witch hazel to arrive. I like the information which is display in the chat area to let me know whether it is a new customer, or the spend etc. This context is really useful.

スマホ画面で見た時に、アイコンが大き過ぎて主張が強すぎる。アイコンによってすぐにチャットを意識するのは、望んでいる事ではないが、お客様には気軽に質問して頂けて、購入の検討をするのに繋がっていると思う。

The AI function is perfect. We hope there is more data report for it. About the incoming conversions,the respond speed or something. The available hours need a break or more customized.

Too easy to use. Customers use it and love it. Makes this one man operation nearly available all the time, even when I'm not sitting at my computer or at the office.

I can't get the Chat bubble to disappear from my website home page. It hides the language preference icon and makes navigation difficult. I've asked for help several times and have been waiting for an answer for a week, but nothing happens. I'm really disappointed. This application is neither user-friendly nor logical.

I use this app to communicate with my customers and its a great tool to have, especially when you're always on the go.
