I do love this app and it makes my eBay life so much easier bringing the orders into Shopify. But there is one major issue, you need to sync the shipping settings FROM eBay and stop creating new ones, this is one major bugbear for me and is causing me a lot of hassle, along with changing items which I correct in eBay. I'm haing to cancel orders or also take the hit on the chin when someone purchases something I do not ship to. Please, please, please, import the shipping profiles from eBay and do not generate new profiles which are causing so much hassle. I also love the template features but it would be very handy to have more Shopify fields available in the templates, maybe some freeform fields too, this would greatly improve the template operations for me.

I been a longtime customer and generally happy with app. For the past 9 weeks I am having issues mapping new products and also pictures not transferring. They said the developers are aware of the issue. It's been 9 weeks and no fix. When is someone going to care enough to fix the problem. Is this the way inkfrog is telling me to go some where else!!!! nothing should take 9 weeks to fix. WAKE UP INFROG

I have used InkFrog for many of my stores. It is faster than the other ones in synching inventories, almost instant really, which is amazing. I don't really care about processing orders on Shopify, because eBay offers the best prices on postage, but inkfrog offers these great templates to make my eBay listings stand out without spending additional money. I love InkFrog and it is always reliable. .

Once you get used to the process of syncing with shopify, its works well, only issue I had was syncing some variant photos, which I added manually in the end and that sorted the issue

So much potential, yet so frustrating. The best part of the app is that it is very good at automatically removing product as you sell on ebay, shopify, or in person between all platforms. That part was a life saver and very useful for us as we are an omni-channel seller. The biggest downfall and the part that would drive me mad, is the glitches and lack of support to fix it. For example, I would spend hours listing items from Shopify to eBay only for InkFrog to have a listing glitch and remove every item listed. Not only does it waste an incredible amount of time, but it destroys any potential sales. When you do relist the same items, usually (and magically) there are no problems and it stays. But, eBay views it as spam or whatever and the items never get the same watchers or views. I would say nearly every batch I did for the last three months or more did this, and I think it really hurt my online sales. Customer service would usually blame eBay or Shopify for the issue, but how do you explain listing it the second time and there isn't a problem? Even if it is an issue with the app communicating between the two platforms, InkFrog has a duty to bridge the gap and solve the issue. There are other minor issues, like; some synching issues, the app not covering all the listing descriptions and details that eBay has, and having to go through all the items I list on eBay to fill in the blanks that InkFrog doesn't fill. I finally cancelled my subscription after a month of not listing new product. I really don't feel like spending four hours or more for 20 items.

Leider in Deutschland nicht zu gebrauchen (Stand Februar 2023). Namen und Adressen mit Umlauten oder "ß" werden mit der immer gleichen Zeichenfolge "�" verstümmelt, so dass man sich in ebay einloggen muss, um die korrekten Adressdaten nachzulesen und diese manuell in Shopify zu korrigieren, bevor man die Bestellung weiter bearbeiten kann. Der Fehler war bei inkfrog noch nicht bekannt. Nachdem ich darauf hinwies, hieß es, man arbeite daran. Ein anderer Fehler war bekannt und der gab den Ausschlag, inkfrog wieder zu deinstallieren: Das Textfeld für die ebay-Rückgaberichtlinien bei inkfrog erlaubt nur 250 Zeichen. Die rund 4.000 Zeichen einer typischen deutschen Widerrufsbelehrung akzeptiert inkfrog nicht, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Warenbestände nur von ebay zu inkfrog/shopify aber nicht von shopify/inkfrog zu ebay synchronisiert werden. Unangenehm fällt beim Installieren/Registrieren auf, dass eine Kreditkarte angegeben werden muss. Es heißt vom Support zwar, die Abrechnung erfolge über shopify, aber das stimmt nicht, es wird direkt von der Karte abgebucht. Pluspunkte für den günstigen Preis und den ansonsten schnellen, freundlichen Support. Aber das hilft halt nichts, wenn die App bestenfalls nur halb funktioniert und kein Zeitpunkt genannt werden kann, wann die Fehler behoben werden.
Es tut mir sehr leid zu hören, dass Sie mit der inkFrog-Software diese Probleme hatten. Es ist definitiv frustrierend, wenn Software nicht wie beabsichtigt funktioniert, besonders wenn dies zu zusätzlicher Arbeit auf Ihrer Seite führt. Ich entschuldige mich im Namen des inkFrog-Teams für die Probleme mit Umlauten und "ß", die Adressprobleme verursachen, sowie das Problem mit der Zeichenbegrenzung für die Rückgabebedingungen. Unser Team arbeitet daran, diese Probleme zu lösen. Die Möglichkeit, über Shopify abzurechnen, besteht, wenn die inkFrog-App innerhalb eines Shopify-Kontos installiert wird, bevor ein Konto direkt bei inkFrog erstellt wird. this app is horrible. price point is good but now api's dont work and i'm paying for an app that tells me "api's don't work" and to upload directly to ebay. what am i paying for then?

The one thing we really wanted it to do can't be relied on. The synchronising could be better, to say the least; eBay sales can take several hours to sync to Shopify and sometimes don't do it all, so you can sell stock in Shopify that has already sold on eBay. And, it can be just as bad syncing to eBay; we have regularly had to cancel transactions on eBay and ruin our eBay status due to items still being listed on eBay several hours after selling out in our Shopify store. You can report this to support, as we have done, All they will tell you is that they will pass it on to the developers, and you never hear any more from them. Had the same issue with their extra cost templates; we reported bugs several times only for support to supposedly pass it on to the developers for nothing to be done. In our 'final straw' experience, we asked for an explanation as to why a particular item did not sync and advised them that unless they could provide this, we had no faith in their app and would stop using it. Guess what, passed to the developers and heard no more even when we chased them up to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves, we were just fobbed off. So, we weren't bluffing; we can't continue to use an app that is so unreliable in such a critical area and be met with a lack of support and have thus cancelled our subscription and uninstalled this app.

A waste of time. Send over 30 emails that did not answer my initial question. Why wasn't my eBay and amazon accounts syn with my Shopify? Different adding Double entries to my Ebay account which I was charged I finally receive the answer I was looking for "You can manage eBay with Amazon, just not with Shopify linked to the same listings." I went back to read their advertisement "amazon OR ebay with by shopfity" So not both. Not what I wanted. I wasted over a week on trying to do what the app can not do.

Been using this App for a really long time. It is a great App to list products on eBay with and I was a huge fan of it for a really long time. I wish I could give it a better rating but the problem is it has problems with syncing orders between Shopify and eBay. It fails to sync the inventory roughly 2-5% of the time and results in inventory being oversold which is a huge hassle. I brought this issue up to them many times and it's been over a year hoping that they would rectify the issue. Eventually, I was recommended to manually check whether inventory had been updated properly myself at the end of the day, which is quite ridiculous. I ended up having to shut down my Shopify store temporarily as it was disrupting the workflow too much. Sad because if they would fix this issue, I would say Inkfrog would be my go to App. But it's not usable at it's current state and they don't seem like they want to fix or improve the problem like they used to.

The app just doesn't work. I have been in contact with support, but it's just not working. The app does not sync orders and does not adjust quantity on ebay when items are sold (those two things are basically the whole point of this app, so it cannot even fulfill the most basic promises). My settings are set to sync as they instructed me to do. I don't know how to get this thing to work. Making the ebay listings is easy, so I really really wish this app did the absolute basics of showing me orders and keeping correct quantity. Please, just fix those two (should be very simple) things and it would be a 5 star app. Currently, I have the free version because I can't spend a monthly amount if it isn't working. I would gladly upgrade in a heartbeat if you can fix it. I gave 2 stars because the customer service is good.

I can not recommend this app at all, there are nothing but issue to delete an item it takes minimum 15 minutes and has to be deleted in 3 different places. Products imported from ebay no shipping method and they very bravely advised me to do it manually on 10000 items. Any issue you take to them ends up with "our developers are working on the most urgent developments" first try to pass the ball to shopify. Items sold on ebay in different countries wont be ended on shopify so you have to do it manually. HTML Templates cannot be saved and it wont go to ebay correctly. They have lost the plot, they dont know the meaning of channel integration and why sellers are looking for one. I can go on like this but dont see the point, If you want headache you are at the correct place.

We used this app to sync our online shop with eBay, and it works like a charm. The templates are very handy and easy to customize, the profiles are simple and straight forward to setup. Any issues I had with setup, their customer service team was able to provide a solution for me relatively fast. Very happy with this app!

Stay away from this app. This app is constantly out of sync between our shopify store and ebay. We've had to cancel more than 20 orders in the last couple of month. The worst part is their non existent customer service, they do not respond to emails at all. The chat is never available. Do yourself a favour and to provide you a broken service.

I've used InkFrog for eBay for about two years with my regular business, and it's super reliable and a slick bit of software. I have now added it as my eBay integrator for Shopify on my personal shop site. This app is deep, and very complete. There is a small learning curve when getting started, but once you understand how it works, you could, if you wished, run your entire eBay operation without going to the actual eBay site. My Shopify site and eBay account stay perfectly synced. That's a lot of performance for less than twenty bucks a month. I read some of the recent one-star reviews, and can honestly say my experience has been totally different. But, I spent time with the app, read all the instructions, and it runs flawlessly. I think one gets out of it what they put into it.

Would rate this a Zero- Backend team has no idea what they are doing nor will they honor anything they say- Avoid Subscription as once they have your money you'll never get it back even if you cancel your account and they "mistakenly" never did on their end. Guess my company is just out of that money now as they refuse to refund their error.
