Just wonderful app if you want always play with frogs, have conversation with irresponsible staff members, have errors trying to access to your profile on time. You did not sell any more as configuration not show real buyers and communication with them, you will receive only fake accounts, especially emails. in this case frogs only jumping in your head after all this... This app fit only for one solution - instal share your all stock from Shopify to eBay, and uninstall this Froggy App, as orders you can generate by yourself fast enough and enter real customer details from eBay for future marketing purpose.

Inkfrog has helped me sync my inventory between shopify and ebay. This is exactly what I needed. When an items sell on one platform Inkfrog syncs the inventory with the other platform. Customer Service is great too, they went out of their way to help me when I contacted them. 5-stars

Love. This. App! We use Shopify and cross promote to Ebay. It was working ok until Shopify (or Ebay?) changed their app. We could no longer edit our listings on Ebay and worse.... we lost the ability to offer "Best Offer" on our items. THAT WAS HUGE! I contacted support and their was no fix, that is until Sheryl wrote and told me about Ink Frog. Problem solved. I can edit and we can use the "Best Offer" feature on Ebay. The app is easy, it's comprehensive, data transfers easily between Ebay and Shopify, We can use the app for shipping, messages, listings, etc. No problems. Support is outstanding too. Set up is a bit confusing, but support is available as well as tutorials. (I didn't take advantage of the tutorials and directions and messed up syncing, support had me up and running again in no time. Sheryl also stayed with me all the way and between her and the support staff, I couldn't ask for better hand holding. GET THIS APP if you use Buy It Now with Best Offer on Ebay.

This app has been very useful for us. Very effective at pushing items to ebay. Have to be careful of the settings you use to make sure it does what you want it to do, but so far we're very happy.

Not a bad app. It is slow to sync orders and quantities. It will also occasionally fail to sync orders and quantities. You have to watch your ebay inventory levels. It does allow you to make some nice listing templates. It also makes listing items very easy. If you sell internationally it is a complete nightmare.

Inkfrog provides a much more useful and easy-to-use interace than either Shopify or eBay -- both sites could learn a LOT about application design from Inkfrog! Mapping and managing variants and their associated images was flawless. I haven't seen any other app that navigates Shopify's crazy data structure more fluently. The creators of Inkfrog are geniuses.

4.5 Stars! We have used inkFrog since June of 2017. I currently have approximately 2000 ebay listings thru inkFrog. Very simple to go from your Shopify store to ebay with this app. I highly recommend that you alter your headings to more closely resemble how people search on ebay. The app is occasionally glitchy. I do check ebay everyday at 3:00 pm to make sure that all my orders have been synching thru. Every once in a while, there are a few left hanging. I have had good luck with customer service. I haven't used them very often, but when I have, they have been quick. All in all, I would give inkFrog 4 and a half stars. If I had another site I wanted to hook up with eBay, I would use inkFrog again.

Worst app ever. Unless you want to get kicked off eBay for having to cancel orders and pay your employees hours upon hours to correct inventory that it messed up do not use. This app costed me thousands before I realized it and support is terrible. I would give it a negative one if I could.

InkFrog is a terrible platform to use. I have been a user since 2014 (4 years, because I couldn't find anything else 'better') and have had many problems with them. Today, we discovered that thousands of our listing profiles were erased by InkFrog because of an 'update' and that the 'information is not retrievable'. They expect us to rebuild 4 years of listing profiles because of an internal update. We are looking for another provider now, I wouldn't suggest InkFrog to my worst enemy. They are beyond terrible, have extremely poor customer service, and the program is glitchy and slow. We have over 10,000 listings on eBay Motors and they ALL lost years worth of compatibility profiles. I would never recommend InkFrog to anyone.

Nice app! We able to import the products from Shopify with all the details. Generally its taking time to assign the ebay store categories manually to each imported products. Overall, Good templates editor for ebay listings.

Really good app, works as described. Had no issues even when switching eBay accounts. This app syncs your Shopify store and eBay store perfectly with many options to customise how it works, it accommodated everything I wanted to do. Highly recommended.

Using this software has been the worst experience I've had with Shopify. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It would make changes that I had set to not be changed. Support was rude and unhelpful.

I don't have enough good words to say about inkFrog and their customer service. I have been using the inkFrog integration with 3 of my eBay stores and Shopify, and it has done some magic for my business. Not only I can migrate my eBay customer accounts to Shopify and use Conversio email marketing, I also use inkFrog to migrate all my eBay items over to the Shopify. With the multiple features, they offer I don't know what I would have done without inkFrog. Also, their pricing is reasonably priced so they don't try to get all the money from the merchants. I wish it was easier to reach tech support. The app has many glitches and tech support is impossible to get a hold of. I scheduled a call with them. Waiting on the line for 20 minutes and no one connected.

InkFrog made this so easy. Not only provided excellent customer support but took me through the whole process step by step. I was up and running in no time compared to other sites that were so difficult that I gave up on them. Cannot recommend InkFrog highly enough.

This app is super easy to setup and use. I had a few items listed and syncing with eBay within minutes of installing! They have some excellent video guides to clarify and explain various aspects of the application. This was all I needed as everything is so intuitive and easy to do. Now the app is reliably syncing any changes on Shopify back to eBAY and pulling my eBay orders into the Shopify admin panel - it just works!

Copying listings from a website to eBay is dicey for anyone, even on a good day, but Ink-Frog (what's up with that name?) makes the process as seamless and easy as possible. We sell a mix of new and used gear, from all across the MI product map, and Ink-Frog saves me hours of work each week. Honestly, they are the best at syncing with ebay. Sept. 2018 Update: I realized we had a lot of prices wrong on eBay, and the thought of updating all of them manually was daunting. I messaged InkFrog, and within 30 minutes not only had they found and fixed the settings I had wrong (thank you, InkFrog!), they had started a resync to make all my prices correct. I cannot say enough good things about the product and the customer service. If this review feature had a "thumbs up" icon, I'd leave two of them.
