Shipping is super frustrating, especially with the limited built in Shopify system. Intuitive helped set things up on a whole new level domestically & international. They basically set everything up the way I wanted and have responded lightning fast to numerous issues that have come up. I definitely recommend giving them a try for your Shopify shipping needs.

The app seems to be working well. Best part is the wonderful and prompt customer service. Any time I have a question, they are super quick to respond and answer my questions or resolve an issue promptly.

Really great app. Lots of control and customisation to offer my customers the right shipping method based on their product selection. Have always been impressed with the support when I have questions. Would recommend this app 100%

We have very complicated Multi-location shipping needs. We haven't needed much assistance since our initial onboarding, but updates to Shopify made things challenging for us. Mike in support was very patient and solved all our issues and then some. I would highly recommend this app if your shipping needs tend to be complicated.

While a little complex at first, once you have an understanding of Scenarios Intuitive Shipping is a really powerful tool to have a super flexible shipping rate system. The support team are quick and helpful. Overall a fantastic product.

You wont find a better shipping calculator. The setup might be a little hard to get into, but if you need any help just ask them. I was really stuck on one problem, sent an email, explained what i wanted, and the went into my inuitive acct and set up the basics so all i had to do was duplicate for different countries and shipping rates. They are super friendly, problem solvers and helpfull. Look no futher than Intuitive shipping

This works great for me. I'm able to enter all my box dimensions and product dimensions. It then chooses the best box and packs the products accordingly. You can set the maximum weight allowed per box as well. Customer support is quick. I also offer free local ship for certain zip codes. It handles that. It was returning rates higher than what I was paying. I was able to adjust that by a percentage to pass the discount on. I don't think there's any other app that works this well and easy.

The Smartboxing algorithm has been an absolute game-changer for a small business that has been incorporating cubic dimensions into Shipstation manually for years. This will save us hours, days, possibly WEEKS of grunt work. Additionally, customer service and support are top-notch, and Chelsey is an absolute joy to work with.

The Intuitive Shipping team was excellent at helping me troubleshoot my issues. Greg and Paul got to the bottom of it and my exact shipping rates are now ready to go! I had specific size boxes going to specific zones -- the app even works in concert with a third party bundle builder app. Thanks again !!

Very responsive and useful app for shipping rates, they are able to resolved my issue promptly and differentiate shipping rates in different locations automatically. Easy to use too :)

These guys are great. So much more versatile than the native Shopify settings and amazing customer support. Wanted to give Chelsey a bit 5 stars as well - handled my questions perfectly and knew exactly how to get the right support for our shipping needs. Will be using this app for a long time, not only for it's function but for the amazing customer support too. Great job.

Superior Support Experience Compared to Shopify I've found that the support provided by this third-party app surpasses that of Shopify itself. Whenever we encounter issues with shipping, typically due to our own actions, their team responds to our support inquiries with impressive speed. They have consistently resolved issues in under 30 minutes. In contrast, Shopify's support kept us on the chat over an hour, repeated questioning, and unnecessary escalations. Interestingly, with the same information provided to Shopify (and without the need for additional screenshots or screen recordings that Shopify frequently requested), the Intuitive team swiftly addressed and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. We have been utilizing this app to calculate real-time shipping rates using our carrier accounts, and its performance has been outstanding. The app's functionality is reliable and efficient, making it a valuable asset for our shipping operations.
