We have been using Intuitive Shipping to optimize our Shopify shipping processes, and their expertise has been invaluable. Their team not only identified and resolved complex shipping issues but also refined our workflow, making our shipping department more efficient and even profitable. Intuitive Shipping swiftly diagnosed and resolved scenario logic issues, ensuring that products triggered the correct shipping rules while eliminating errors that caused missing or inflated rates. They addressed Shopify’s limitations, such as missing weight and dimension data, by implementing solutions that corrected miscalculations and improper box assignments. Their guidance helped us fine-tune our packing procedures, minimizing weight while maximizing shipping options and increasing our shipping-related revenue. Beyond fixing errors, Intuitive Shipping enhanced our setup with precise adjustments. Due to the bulky nature of many of our items the size of packaging varies greatly from order to order. We needed dynamic shipping cost calculation and Intuitive Shipping was able to meet all of our needs. This solved a huge pain point in our operation. Setting up the system for our business took some time to get right but the team at Intuitive were helping us every step of the way. Navigating and understanding the program can be complex and unintuitive at times, but Intuitive's customer service team have a very quick response time and are efficient at solving problems.

The support team is incredibly responsive to any concerns. While most of the issues we encountered were related to scenario and blending rate settings, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We've been using Intuitive Shipping for a couple of years now and I can safely say it is the best shipping app out there for your eCommerce business. It can handle almost any scenario you throw at it, and is very simple and effective. We have a very complicated shipping schedule with multiple vendors and tons of rates, and Intuitive handles it no problem! Before Intuitive we were using a competitor's app. It was harder to use and WAY more expensive. The team at Intuitive also rules. Definitely get this app!

Nothing but great things to say about this app. Setup is straightforward but the app is very powerful and can account for all sorts of shipping scenarios, even ones we never thought of. Maybe most importantly, their support team is fast and VERY knowledgable about app features. 5 stars, as good as app gets.

Really appreciate the team working with me to help get everything setup. The help documents were very thorough, so I was able to do a lot on my own, but what I couldn't do, they walked me through on a scheduled meeting and helped me get everything setup. We have been using Intuitive Shipping since 2022, the team has been great, anytime we have an issue, which has typically been user error, they are super prompt is getting back us and keeping us rolling even during black Friday. So I highly recommend, customer service is always outstanding, the system works.

Intuitive Shipping has been a huge help with our online store. It was easy to set up with a super help of the technicians at that time (4 years ago). We had no issues with it for all these years. A small issue arose on the weekend, so when we submitted a request for help, we did not expect answer until Monday. To our great surprise, Chelsey answered within 10 minutes. She worked whole day Saturday to figure out the cause of our problem. She really deserved a medal for her patience and determination to solve it. And she did solve it! A company is as good as its employees. We could not recommend Intuitive Shipping highly enough.
