JetPrint: Print On Demand

JetPrint has a wonderful selection of products, and the quality is top notch. The design interface is super easy and I am really having a great time designing items for my customers. Jennifer in customer service is great and very helpful. The only thing I would ask for more of is greater availability as I am on East Coast Time and would be helpful to be able to reach someone during my normal work day flow.

I'm delighted with JetPrint! I have needed to adjust shipping on multiple orders, and I was assisted in their chat immediately. I've placed two orders so far, for boots and watches, and they've come out perfectly. Extremely impressed.

the selection looks so good, the design lab is pretty easy also, I think they should list the shipping in an easier to locate spot but other than that it is very user friendly

The app is super easy to install and use I wish they had a bigger catalog with more accessories e.g "water bottles and hats" the app is awesome I highly recommend it.

I currently use 5 different Print on demand companies to support my business needs and have used well over 5 of others. This company decides to take a different approach to normal items other sell. Which I love. The only part that I wish was different is that they need a affiliate in USA. They might do a lot of business in other countries but I would bet it would double here. Also I would like to throw my name in the pot for that. I could for sure secure this affiliate for you @JetPrint. Just saying. Love all the options for footwear and home and living items. Had one minor hiccup and the customer service was by far amazing. Jennifer from Partnership Management company was outstanding and had my issue fixed immediately. Thank you!

This is a great app. It is very user-friendly and very logically set up. I do wish the online shoe template were larger, and thus easier to see.

I am totally happy with this app. They offer products that I can customize and use as my own brand. As I grow they offer excellent products that I can add to my store with new and trusted designs that my customers love. Thank you so much. There's one thing that I would like for them to offer with there custom shoes and that is including it with custom shoe boxes. If I could get my custom shoes with the shoe box that would be greatand I can send it dirrectly to my cusomters and not have to send it to me first then to my customers. Having the shoes inside the shoe box and being able to ship it that way would help me greatly.

It's not "if things will go wrong, it's when". In those times, support is the most important thing and JetPrint has support that keeps you warm and fuzzy inside.

Love this app so much, still got a lot room to upgrade. Looking forward for more product inside and hope they may add on save design feature in future ;)

I am loving the shoe options and the ease to make products so far! Just had my first order with them, so I can't wait to see their fulfillment and quality of products.

I used the older version of this app. When the new one deployed, I placed an order and was caught in the middle of both apps receiving a double charge for the item. Used the chat on the app and received quick responses and a refund for the double charge. Excellent customer service and support. The new is full of new design mockups that look wonderful and their design tool is so easy to use. Would recommend to anyone with or without much design experience. Great job JetPrint.

This app is Amazing, user friendly and easy to use. Because of Jet Print I have my own logo on a customized watch!
