En geral la parte de diseño funciona bastante bien. He hecho pedidos de prueba de calidad y también estoy bastante satisfecho con la calidad de la impresión, especialmente especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio, aunque siempre es mejorable. Los tiempos de envío fueron correctos. Sin embargo, todavía hay algunas cosas que encuentro que hay que mejorar. El agregador de productos tiene algunos errores: 1. Algo que me parece de gran importancia es el hecho de no poder agregar etiquetas de marca en los productos. Es algo fundamental para dar una imagen sólida de la marca. 2.Cuando se agrega un producto a la tienda, a partir de entonces este no es editable y en caso de tener algun error, hay que crear el producto de nuevo. Estaría bien que fuera posible editarlo una vez agregado a la tienda. 3. Cuando se realiza un pedido desde la tienda (shopify) la información del pedido no se traspasa al agregador de pedidos de Jetprint, y hay que hacerlo a mano. En caso de que haya muchos pedidos, esto es muy poco escalable. 4. En uno de los pedidos de prueba de calidad que hice, un bolso, me vino sin correa de cuerpo.

You just need to contact our customer service department to have them enabled. Please note that for labels requiring special handling, such as sewing onto clothing, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required as we need to prepare materials in advance. We appreciate your understanding. 2. Product Editing: Currently, our products cannot be re-edited once added to your store. However, our technical department is working on a new mockup generator, which will allow you to create design templates and enable re-editing. 3. Order Synchronization with Shopify: Our app seamlessly integrates with Shopify. If product attributes are not changed, orders are synchronized to the JetPrint order page. Enabling the automatic payment feature can help expedite order placement. 4. Missing Strap on Bag: We investigated the issue with your order and found that the product title you ordered was 874. Women’s Tote Bag, which does not include a shoulder strap. We offer a similar product with a long strap, titled 875. Women’s Tote Bag - Long Strap. You may have ordered the wrong product. We recommend that you check your order before ordering. If you find that you have ordered the wrong product, you can contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order to have it replaced for you in time. Hi... I think that it's wonderful that you offer watches... which is the primary reason that I am using JetPrint... and may end up using for your leather bags. I'm new at this and perhaps I am not using your product editor in which you place the image correctly but it seems like I have to start over from scratch if I have to make changes to the design. When I have used Printify and Printful, they have a way to edit the designs without have to start all over. Lastly, it would be nice to have the one time 5% Sample Discount easily available without having to place the sample order on hold and then requesting the discount from your support team. Thank you! Quality is great for SNEAKERS. This is where they shine. They do not have HALF sizes for sneakers, unfortunately.

Having to start every design from scratch. Need to be able to copy layouts (or save templates), and replace images with the same position and dimensions. Copy needs to also copy tags & descriptions, as adding these in repreatedly. Need a Pattern function, to repeat tiled patterns. Am having to save multiple files with different dimensions (e.g. 6x6, 9x9...) for each product. EDIT: Patterns have just been added, but unable to centre the pattern on the product.

L love this printing service. What I will suggest as improvement is the editing interface, could it be made more user friendly? Can you make a design be editable after it has been published?

I like this company. the customer service is very good and responsive. I only issue is how I design my shoes. There is no way to save the design leave and come back to finish the edits. Once you save that is it. If You want to edit you have to start over. It goes for if you leave the page on accident all the work done is lost. Even with the latest updates, my review is still true. Also, I want to add that its hard to see the bleed areas.

I have been designing on the app a few days. Few glitches. Placement of your image initially needs no work, it flood fills the workspace saving you time. Mockups are generated super fast. Import is fast to your store. So I placed an order yesterday and its already listed as in production. Looks good.

Tracking sucks, but definitely not the apps fault but need to adjust how they send out tracking. However, I LOVE MY SAMPLE I ORDER and will add them to my website.

The app was easy to download and set up the account with, but could not be worked with as a popup, only within the Shopify frame. Revisions were easy enough to make, but could not be saved part way - an item MUST be completed, or all input will be lost. Then, publishing to my store, from the framed workspace, was very easy, seamless. Overall, a reasonably good experience on the creation side. I have yet to test ordering or fulfillment, so this review has nothing to say about those parts of the business relationship.

Easy to use. Wide selection. Haven't placed my first order yet. The one frustrating part is sometimes the server doesn't respond well when adding new designs as of late. I've uploaded over 200 designs and it started saying there are upload issues.

great selection of products to choose from and work with . i just wish some products had a different layout to work with, or a system that can mirror the other side to make customizing some products easier . that way you know for sure either both sleeves on a shirt, hoodie, jacket, or shoe will look identical to one another . other than that i have no concerns or anything really to complain about . i will say being in the United States of America, products do take some time to get here, i don't know if that's because of COVID-19 or what, but that's not a big problem for me .
