We received a high quality product. The service was all right. It was produced and shipped within two weeks (which is fast, in my opinion). The design interface could be more user friendly, to clearly separate the right left and outside from the inside (especially for boots). But the current one is good to work with too.

Parfait. Le service est au rendez-vous. j'ai toujours eu réponse à mes questions et l'accueil est présent à chaque fois. Je suis juste un peu déçu par l'emballage des chaussures. Un carton plus solide et la possibilité de le personnaliser avec un logo serait le bienvenu. Sinon le reste est parfait.

JetPrint has a wonderful selection of products, and the quality is top notch. The design interface is super easy and I am really having a great time designing items for my customers. Jennifer in customer service is great and very helpful. The only thing I would ask for more of is greater availability as I am on East Coast Time and would be helpful to be able to reach someone during my normal work day flow.

the selection looks so good, the design lab is pretty easy also, I think they should list the shipping in an easier to locate spot but other than that it is very user friendly

The app is super easy to install and use I wish they had a bigger catalog with more accessories e.g "water bottles and hats" the app is awesome I highly recommend it.
