The team at Joy Subscriptions has provided the highest level of service I have ever encountered in an app team (and we've installed ALOT of apps!). Daniel and Philip really took the time to understand our needs and build us a customised solution. They have been very responsive thoroughout the entire process and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have tried several other subscription apps and this is by far the best we have found.

el servicio al cliente en vivo es exceptional , super amables y eficientes rápidos amo joy subcriciones le ha dado mucho valor a mi pagina wed y cada que tengo una pregunta simplemente chateo con un agente en vivo y soluciona mis dudas eficazmente . muy feliz con el servicio de esta app

Really amazing customer service, helped me customise the widget to our store's theme in record time and looked fantastic. Would highly recommend so far!

Very fast customer service. I needed to upload a logo to my emails and they completed the task in under 5 minutes. Also, offered to help with other set up needs. Good customer service is hard to find sometimes. I was very pleased with my first experience.

I write this with a lot of conflict, but even though their customer support has been replying actively their "Technicians" are not. it takes them 48 hors to actually get their technical side to reply. the import was full of problems regarding addresses. I suggest to review very very carefully the files prior to import cause they make very amateur mistakes and can messed up your whole business. some times cheap services are expensive
