Perfect app, the design is great and really easy for customers to understand. After reaching out to the support because I had small issue also with the language, they were able to solve my problem very quickly ! Would 100% recommend ! Thank you

It's a really good application. Most importantly, it's free. The customer service staff Felicity was very patient and solved many of my problems.

Super easy to get help from these guys. So impressed with how quickly they helped us get the app working. Hana and Maison solved our problems and had the system up and running in minutes. Now we can move to testing this on our store.

Until now we used a different Service to manage subscriptions. Unfortunately they discontinued their app. At first I was afraid that i have to do a painful setup process allover again. But I was surprised how easy, fast and intuitive this app is. Took me no longer than 5 minutes to setup the first Subscription, add it to the product-pages and test it. I am especially happy with the support I received from Audrey! She translated everything to German in a couple of minutes and set it all up for me. I just had to double-check the translation and that was it!

Je n'ai pas encore utilisé l'application pour les abonnements. J'en suis à la mise en route mais c'est la première fois que j'ai à faire à un service client autant aidant et impliqué. J'ai hâte de pouvoir utiliser l'application pour mes clients. Merci à Jade, Alyssa et Sonny !!
