At first, I thought the customization options were limited, but after reaching out to the team, they went above and beyond to tailor the app exactly to my preferences. Abby was excellent and made the whole process super easy. Absolutely recommend!

Had a problem setting up some bundles. Contacted support via chat on the weekend. Immediate help from Jasmine. Worked out the problem quickly and answered a few other questions I had along the way. Great customer service!

Le SAV est vraiment très réactif, j'ai eu à faire à Abby, elle m'a accompagnée durant presqu'une demie journée pour m'aider à paramétrer toute l'appli. L'équipe technique aussi a été fabuleuse! Au top!

Atendimento sem igual, ou seja, a equipe supera expectativas e é nota 10 em atendimento. Tenho vários APPs , mas o atendimento melhor ou igual a equipe AVADA/JOY ainda não vi até o momento. São muito prestativos e eficientes em especial a Sra.Jade e a Sra.Hana. Excelente. Vocês estão de parabéns!

the customer service is excellent! Everyone on the team is working hard on clock to solve any issue you have. And the app works just fine, it got everything you need for a subscription app

I like the app, it's free, which is great, and was able to be migrated from my past subscription app. There is good live support, but I wish there was more ways to edit the design without needing to contact support. But once its done you don't need to contact them again!

Complete application (currently being tested). Very responsive support, fast translation into French of access to the user portal and the content of widgets and emails.

Simple widget with wonderful support from Hana. It does what it should. If you need help, support is available immediately. We will see if customers will use it or not.
