This is absolutely the best subscription app! Not only is it completely free and incredibly easy to use, but it also offers everything you'd need for your subscription setup. The features are intuitive, and the integration into our Shopify store was seamless. What truly stands out, though, is the amazing customer support! A special shoutout to Alyssa and Damian – they were absolutely fantastic. Whether it was answering our questions promptly, providing professional advice, or helping us customize a widget, they always went above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness were truly impressive! We highly recommend this app – it’s a fantastic solution for subscriptions and a real asset to any store. I've only just downloaded the app, but the customer support thus far has been great and it seems to fit my needs. Jade was my customer support person and was responsive and helpful with every question I had.

Just installed this app today - so far, so good. The customer service rep was very helpful and efficient and even changed the wording on the subscribe option to better suit my website. And the best part? It's free :)

The app is clean, minimal, and functions well. While there’s room for additional features, I’m confident those are on the horizon. What really stands out is the team’s openness and responsiveness to feedback and customisation requests. Their customer service and work ethic are truly exceptional—they’ve been consistently helpful, approachable, and friendly throughout. Edit: the app is actually quite buggy and while the team is willing to help solve things and do customisations the work is often sloppy. We have lost sales and $$$ because of this.

Very quick to respond and so helpful. They were able to bulk add all of my products and make sure everything was functioning as it should.

Our store is on a vintage theme, so I wasn't able to install the widget myself. The support team were fantastic, they had it installed and set up quickly and efficiently. Great service, thank you!

Excellent customer service. Immediate response and able to fix things on the back end so I didn't have to code anything. Much better than the other app I was using in the past.
