So far I have very few complaints about this app, especially compared to the Shopify Subscriptions app. Currently there are a couple key features that I need for the service I use subscription apps for, mainly the ability for customers to choose their first billing date, and then the ability for customers to reschedule ALL future orders, and not just the next order for a subscription. The support team has told me they will be implementing those features sometime in the future, with a pretty quick response time to boot. Once these features are implemented, my 4 star will be changed to a 5 star. I had another issue as well that was caused by a weird interaction with another app, I reported it and they pretty quickly fixed that issue as well.

Really user friendly and intuitive! The support staff is amazing - Abby helped me customize my page almost immediately and was able to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much to Hanna, she assisted me with changing the subscription product widget to reflect my brand colours. I really appreciate this as it keeps my brand tone and personality across my entire website. It's important to love your website to reflect you and your business. I've found setting up my subscriptions on Joy very straight forward and the support I received from Abby & Anivia (technician) was great, they were helpful, quick and talked me through the changes required. Unfortunately my current payment gateway isn't compatible with Joy at the moment so I am going to look at other payment gateway options in the hope I can use Joy on my shop soon.

This app is great for setting up recurring purchases. Also, Alyssa from the support team has been very kind to help us resolve some language issues and some questions setting up the emails.
