Hola al principio tenia dudas con esta APP, porque he tenido malas experiencias con otras APP, que te intentan cobrar al mínimo descuido, y/o generan una carga lenta en la tienda, u otros sin fin de problemas. Pero luego vi que tenia buena reputación 114 opiniones con una puntuación de 4,9. Y me decidí a instalarla el 11 de Feb. El manejo de la APP es muy sencillo, no te abruma con muchas opciones a diferencia de otras APP, lo que ayuda a que la configures rápidamente. Tiene todo lo necesario para su funcionamiento, incluye cosas que no habia tenido en cuenta y que son importantes, como la politica de cancelación que la APP ya te incluye. Es totalmente customizable puedes establecer libremente los periodos de suscripción de forma totalmente flexible. Tiene una funcion increible para importar suscripciones de otros productos de tu tienda, lo que te ahorra mucho trabajo. La App te permite gestionar los clientes, las suscripciones activas, y muchas funciones más. Los creadores de esta app pensaron en todo. El equipo de soporte responde en menos de 5 minutos, y me acompañaron en todo momento con mis dudas. Fueron muy amables y atentos conmigo, en especial Alyssa que me ayudó con la implantación del widget de la APP en mi tienda. Hoy 18 de Febrero, necesité contactar con el soporte de Joy para configurar algunas opciones de las suscripcione, y Elle me atendió muy bien. Un problema que también he visto con otras APP es que al principio muestrán interés en ayudarte, pero si en el futuro vuelves a necesitar ayuda, el soporte te abandona, o te deja esperando mucho tiempo o no te responde. Asi que desconfio mucho. Con Joy de momento les he contactado en 4 ocasiones y siempre responden rápido y son muy atentos y amables. De momento llevo una semana con la APP y sigue funcionando PERFECTAMENTE desde el primer dia. La recomiendo al 100%. Muchas gracias Joy APP !! muy contento con la APP.

Joy Subscription is an incredible app that really simplifies the management of subscriptions on Shopify. With its intuitive features, I was able to customize subscriptions for my site with ease. A huge thank you to Hana for her invaluable help! She was incredibly responsive and patiently guided me through all the necessary changes. Her support really made a difference. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it!

The question is: How do you group subscription products and place the link on the menu for easy access to customers? No one could offer a reliable simple answer. Yes, you could generate a "checkout link?" What good is that for? Checkout??? As a customer, I would like to be able to see the subscription products and select what I want - especially in a situation where the company has a wide variety of products. Now, the product itself is good. I like the feel. However for a company with a ton of products there needs to be a way to make just the subscription products easily accessible to customers and that includes linking it to the website menu. Otherwise, all that good work is just for naught. Sorry guys, I'm not happy to have wasted so much time setting this thing up only to realize that I couldn't group the subscription products and link them to my website menu. The app execution is good... also good for product subscription-only sites. As for a mix-use site with a lot of products, the customer-facing aspect of the app needs re-evaluation. If my assessment is misleading please let me know so I can update my review. After all, the product is free. Plus, I wouldn't want to undermine your efforts and the energy you invested to create the app. Reply to Liz's Response: Thanks for taking the time to answer my question in your "reply" to my review. Please notify me when the update is ready. You have a great product. I will reinstall, continue building my subscription list, while awaiting for the product update. For this, you deserve 5 stars. The worst application I have ever seen. It completely crashed my site. Every time I call support it gets worse and worse. The menus move by themselves in the middle of the night without any intervention, and now my site is completely out of service. I really do not recommend it. Update: even worse than expected, even after the application was removed, bugs persisted, subscription buttons appeared and were impossible to remove. So I had to put the site in maintenance, then hire a service provider to migrate the site to another theme to finally solve the problem. The repair is in progress, I'll let you imagine the cost.

I am currently building a new Shopify website and as I choose and install apps, I see how important prompt and clearly communicated support is to keep the momentum going and the stress at bay. Jade and Toby were awesome at both of these things and I now have the Subscription widget in place very quickly, with a little bit of customization, thanks to Jade's GREAT service and communication, and Toby's quick and accurate customizations. Thanks to you both!!! Now, I just need to sell some subscriptions to our annual membership when we launch the new site!
