Their support is so quick and efficient, providing you with help that is easy to follow and understand. I have reached out twice to Iris and Felicity and they made sure my problems were resolved.

Unfortunately had some currency conversion issues within the app, the customer support was great and extremely helpful throughout it though, even though I have changed app to make sure there are no more currency issues and to keep things simple for me. I would definitely recommend to for people who want to have access to great and helpful customer support. They did their best to fix the problem in a timely manner.

We’ve been using the Joy Subscription App for a while now, and it works beautifully even with other AOV apps. The setup was smooth, and everything runs perfectly. The support team especially Mirra, Felicity, and Ryan are absolutely amazing! They solved our technical issues quickly and efficiently, with great communication throughout. The fact that this app is completely free makes it even better. Highly recommended!

The Subscription App is easy to use and navigate. When I had some questions, Audrey supported me with very detailed guidance. She was very patient and provided suitable solutions. I highly recommend this app!

The app works wonderfully. If you have any problems or need minor adjustments, the support team (in my case, it was Felicity) responds within minutes, if not seconds. They are very responsive to your needs and work on a solution that meets your expectations as a customer. Very impressive and well done. I highly recommend this app.

The Joy subscription app has been an absolute game-changer for us! It gives us everything we need to share the products we create with love and care, and it’s made selling so much easier. The support team has also been incredible — Kaitlyn, Andrew, and Iris have all been so kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful about our needs. We truly love Joy!

Easy setup and feature rich, this app is the way to provide your customers with subscriptions. And the support help (thanks Jade) was quick, efficient, friendly, technically proficient, and a pleasure to work with.
