I had challenges getting the app setup, but Charles helped me work through all of my issues. I haven't seen the app in action yet, but so far so good.

Cant believe this app is FREE! It works perfectly fine no issues at all, also the BEST customer service from Abby & Doris is an amazing technician. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was looking for a quick, simple, and functional subscription app. So happy I found Joy Subscription, and Sonny was incredibly helpful in getting me the support I needed to set it up. Everything took less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this!

The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.
