The app is great, straightforward to use. I don't have any subscriptions yet I've just set it up but it was super quick and the support is top notch. Alice, Riley and Hana are superstars :)

Une application géniale, simple à prendre en main et ultra-puissante ! On peut créer facilement des bundles et des abonnements totalement sur mesure. L’équipe support est exceptionnelle : Hana, la responsable client, est toujours à l’écoute et hyper réactive, et Andrew, le développeur, agit avec une rapidité impressionnante. Il réalise exactement ce dont on a besoin, à chaque fois. Le tout gratuitement ! C’est rare de trouver un tel niveau de service. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !

We have only recently installed this app, so far it does what it says it does. But the highlight has been the 5 customer support service! Julie has been incredibly helpful answering our questions and getting everything set up seamlessly and promptly.

Quick and reliable customer support. They will help fix anything very fast and are very cooperative. The best part is the instant response to any query and all are human agents, no AI bots to waste customer's time. They give personalized responses to problems.

The Joy Subscription App is extremly efficient. Love it! It has lots of intersting features that are super beneficial especially if you want to generate recurring revenue. The team is super helpfull as well in case you need support, they are always there :)

The support team has been very prompt in helping us to personalise the app for our business. Definitely recommend this app. Inside Shopify, it looks clear and easy to navigate for customers to manage their own subscriptions with plenty of options for flexibility.

Just installed the app – so far it fits perfectly with my theme and I love the clean design. I’ll be able to comment more on the features’ efficiency once I’ve explored it fully, but so far so good! Special thanks to Andrew and Felicity who were both incredibly fast to respond and super helpful. Great first impression!

Per ora completamente gratuita, è personalizzabile ma bisogna chiedere all'assistenza che però è attiva h24 e fa tutte le modifiche che richiedi. Ho parlato con più persone e tutte gentilissime (Julia, Jasmine ed Heni)
