We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!

It's a wonderful loyalty program, especially for small businesses like us. Very easy to set up and navigate. Hana did a great job helping us out during the onboarding. She helped us set things up, which gave us a headstart! Thanks, Hana!
