Customer service is exerllent! I am just starting out to try a reward programme , not really know how to set up properly, the customer service team "Hana" who is patiently guide me through and even help me to set up, thank you so much. my very first reward app is alive now, hope it will help my store better, let us see.

I was having trouble setting up a flow using a third-party app they don't natively support. Despite that, their support team went completely out of their way to help me, showing me exactly how to get my request up and running. Truly excellent customer service!

The team at Joy are always super quick to resolve any issues. Hana helped resolve an issue we had with one of our multiplier programs within a few minutes.
