Prakash was extremely helpful and friendly. He even laid out the steps to fixing a few things I thought I had to do on the app verses in my theme editor for that page. He helped me set it up and guided me after I had so many questions. Thank you again Prakash even after I thought we were done and I had more questions you still helped answer them!

Huge shout out to Daniel for all his help! He was there for me every step of the way and definitely went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed. I transitioned from Square POS to Shopify POS earlier this year, and I knew that one of the biggest hurdles would be converting our loyalty program over. We had 14,000 loyalty customers, so there was absolutely no way we could do it manually. I did research on 13 different loyalty apps (and downloaded most of them to test them out) because our customers loved the way our Square loyalty program was set up. About 85% of our transactions are in-person, and it was very important to get everything as close to the old system as possible. Joy was the only app that was customizable enough, yet simple enough, to match exactly what we needed. Because of the awesome features, we were able to revamp our program while still keeping the old rewards redemption process in place. It has been a fantastic experience! We went 2 months without a loyalty program and our sales decreased about 5-10% from the previous year. When we brought it back, our numbers went back to normal. Joy is a powerful system and it's keeping our customers satisfied - there's no doubt about it!

I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason. I highly recommend this app because of the ease of use and the staff. Thank you Audrey!!! A+ service.
