Have had a great experience with the app so far, huge shoutout to Elle and Sonny specifically who have provided amazing customer service and have been able to assist me with a number of questions and concerns I've had. The app itself is really quite good and we've been enjoying our trial of the Professional plan at this stage. But even the Free plan has some very generous features most other apps would expect you to pay for.

so far so good. Easy set up yet the end customer gets a detailed well thought of program. Had a few questions and Hana assisted me through them all. She was quick to reply and very helpful.

Il Supporto è eccellente, rispondono immediatamente e fanno di tutto per fornire le risposte che cerchi. Hanno una knowledge base da consultare, che non è una cosa da poco, non tutti i distributori di app la forniscono. L'app si integra con Shopify POS, che è quello di cui avevamo bisogno per avere una anagrafica clienti omnichannel. Insomma, fino ad ora, meritano 5 stelle.
