Great experience when needing to get help. The tech team Tiana and Anivia solved my problem and were quick and easy to deal with.

All the functionality works as expected. But more than anything, the technical support is amazing. Even if you're not familiar with some tech skills to modify the UI, support team will assist you right away. I got help from the staff 'Hana', she resloved all my issues and the whole process and conversation was so flawless. I recommend this app for adding Loyalty program to your stores.

I am loving the app so far, since day 1 customer support was exceptional and provided me with all the help I needed to successfully start my loyalty program. Definitely the best cost-effective loyalty app! Emily and Maison helped me a lot and I appreciate that you have such an amazing customer support, it really makes a difference.

Intending to subscribe and was exploring the app, Esther was great in assisting to my queries and very responsive Thumbs up to the before-sale service! The app is also very user-friendly and even for the free plan you have many things to explore and trial, will be upgrading soon, thanks team!

This app works well. The customer service and support is great. The only issue we ever have is in explaining to customers how to pull up their information but that's not the fault of the app as I find it very easy to use. I recently updated my store theme and the app stopped working but within 15 min chat with support this got it working again. So yes, I would recommend this app.

Disappointing. The CS was very helpful at the very beginning. However, due to their unknown technical problem, over 6000 customers accounts were duplicated. New accounts were generated automatically every 2 second and their team was unable to make it stop. After 17 days, the problem is remained unsolved. We've been waiting for their replies day by day and they won't contact you unless you contact them. And when they said the duplicated accounts were deleted, actually that's not true as over 6000 duplicated accounts were still there. Their CS didn't even check before they write to their clients. Truly not recommended. If I haven't launched the programme earlier, I would surely delete the app.
